Island Woman would like to hear from you. This page is designed for guest contributors ... women who have something to say about Island living. Suppose you'd like to speak your mind about a current issue in the news, or perhaps you've just read a great book you'd like others to know about. Just leave a comment in the Reply box below and we'll be in touch. We look forward to our guest column becoming a lively and vibrant commentary on the views of Island Woman.

Whether you’re an entrepreneur or work for a big company, a coach is someone completely focused on your success!

What’s that like?

Well, a  great coach listens for opportunities and sees what you might miss and assists you to keep up the momentum when you need it most, during those difficult business and personal issues, conflicts and change.

You also have a mentor for those business challenges or questions, they can provide the timely business tips and know how that you need.

A trained coach asks questions that bring out those aha moments that pivot perceptions, deepen understanding and source solutions.

Most of all you have a coach on your side, someone who sees your strengths, potential and brings out the best in you.
